Through our experience of working with footballers in South Africa and been involved in their football careers.  We understand the limitation and barriers that players face when trying to further their careers within the sports. For most players with aspirations of becoming professional athletes, their dreams starts to be difficult or stops from the age of 16 - 21 years unless the player already enrolled with a professional club or a big academy.
